•       Verify the exciting facilities, such as:   

Existing condition – medical exciting facilities - engineering condition - Medical efficiency

•       Define the function and future requirement: 

 Existing strategy – Medical future vision – draft space program – proposed  and remaining buildings – functional relations

•       Space program and synopsis design

The neighboring area is a high density  residential area, and it can be characterized as the oldest district in Riyadh city.

Likewise KSMC is the oldest hospital founded in the city, since 1376 H –1955
