The project name was based on a competition call as a Business Oasis, which has been awarded to Randolph Croxton ( Designer-USA) copartnership with Saudconsult, the aim of the project is to create an special environment for a serves as main business centre in the diplomatic Quarter.

The Organization vision of low cost and high Quality was achieved.

During the design stages, the Saudi commission for Tourism and heritage has rent the tree of building to be it’s headquarter and still. 

The complex considered as landmark in the Diplomatic Quarter.

•       Large paved and landscaped plaza at ground level.
