The Mawten-Hilton development consists of two Hilton Brands in one 5 Star hotels, The Doubletree and the Garden Inn, with shared facilities, Car Parking and related utilities and Services.

The Project site is a vacant parcel of land in the Al-Ghadir district in Riyadh measuring approximately 13,937 m² on the Northern Ring Road between Olaya Street (also known as Al Magmah Street) and King Abdul Aziz Road. It is in close proximity to The KINGDOM TOWER & KING ABDULLAH ECONOMIC CITY.
