Value Engineering study was donee for Sewage Treatment plant Riyadh Phase-III, Contract 2 and 3 in a joint venture with Smith, Hinchman and Grylls (SHG) Associates, Inc. USA. The study revealed a potential saving of about 30% of the total project cost. The total capacity of the Sewage Treatment Plant was 200,000 m³ /day based on Activated Sludge Process.
