The general design parameters for the new Headquarters have

been interpreted as follows:

•       The design makes a strong architectural statement to reflect the positive image of such a well-established institution.

•       The design satisfy the needs of the Riyadh Municipality both in terms of the amount of floor space it offers and the manner in which it functions.

•       Easy access to and from the development is vital, and once inside, it should be easy to navigate and move around the complex.

•       The design have maximum built-in flexibility, both in terms of the internal layout and with respect to future expansion.

•       Full advantage had be taken of The latest operational technology and smart building networks. Security systems should be state-of-the-art and adaptable to different situations.

Project Components:

•       The proposal considering all environmental factors such as optimum human comfort, provision of natural lighting and ventilation, and the minimizing of energy consumption and waste.
