A symbol of residential project that includes the services and amenities consists of four buildings each with 7 floors.
The project demonstrates the Public administration institute criteria that provide an idealistic residential environment.
The plaza is divided into two gardens. One is for the residence connected with the pedestrian corridor.
The other is for Jeddah branch connected with the main building.
Each building consists of 28 units with 2 entrances for each unit one for guests and the other for the unit’s residents. These 28 apartments are divided over 7 floors with a main hall at the ground floor that includes a multi-use room.
