hase I: Urban design addressing the overall project area (45 ha) including open spaces, landscaping, infrastructure link roads, water, sewerage, storm drainage, power and telecommunication, street lighting and area lighting, coordination with designers and contractors of building, coordination with and approval of design from various city utilities agencies.

Phase II: It involved design of four separate tasks starting from urban planning, preliminary design, detailed design and preparation of the tender documents of an area of 60 ha.

Phase III: It includes amendments to existing landscaping and The detail design includes hard-scaping including natural stone paving pattern in the Public Square (Maidan) planting, potable water supply, a specialty water fountain which combines changing water patterns with light to give dramatic effects, storm drainage, irrigation and lighting.
