ALWASL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

The Al-Wasl site is located Northwest of Riyadh, about 30 km (18miles) from the city core.

The Land use 2021 Plan stipulates General Residential as the overall use for, this site which also extends to the surrounding newer residential areas north of Riyadh. Al-Wasl will be a cornerstone project which will set an example for all future developments. This project will house a fully integrated development, using the best practices in urban planning, design and construction

The Scope of work is to developed the area of Phase1 - Package1 which is containing a total no. of 74 residential lots with 4 typical types of villas and 3 typical types of town houses
